Credits, Loyalty & Referrals Terms

In short: Credits are a promotional balance with no cash value, usable toward purchases, expiring 180 days after issue. Loyalty rewards and referral rewards grant credits. All rewards can be reversed in cases of refund, chargeback, or fraud. We may change or end these programs at any time.

1. About these programs

These terms govern Eseemo's optional reward programs: Credits, Loyalty, and Referrals. They form part of, and incorporate, our Terms of Service. Reward programs are a discretionary benefit, not a contractual entitlement.

2. Credits

Credits are a promotional balance associated with your account.

  • Credits are denominated in Euros and can be applied toward eligible purchases at checkout.
  • Credits have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, or exchanged for money.
  • Credits expire 180 days after issue. Expired credits are removed and cannot be reinstated.
  • Credits may cover part of an order; a minimum cash portion may be required on each order.
  • Credits are applied before payment is taken; the remaining balance is charged to your payment method.
  • If an order paid partly with credits is refunded, the credits used are returned to your account, subject to their original expiry date.
  • Credits earned from an order that is later refunded or charged back may be revoked. If those credits have already been spent, your credit balance may become negative until repaid.

3. Loyalty rewards

The loyalty program may grant credits based on your purchase activity.

  • Eligible completed purchases may earn loyalty credits at a rate shown in your account.
  • Loyalty tiers, earn rates, and benefits are described in your account dashboard and may change.
  • Loyalty credits are subject to the same expiry, no-cash-value, and reversal rules as all credits.
  • Loyalty status is personal to your account and cannot be transferred.
  • Loyalty credits earned from a refunded or charged-back order may be revoked.

4. Referral program

The referral program lets you earn credits by referring new customers.

How it works

  • You generate a referral link from your account.
  • When a new customer signs up using your link and completes their first qualifying paid order, you (the referrer) receive a credit reward and they (the referee) receive a credit discount.
  • Reward and discount amounts are shown at the time of referral and may change for future referrals.
  • Referral links expire 90 days after creation by default.

Qualifying conditions

  • The referee must be a genuinely new customer who has not previously held an Eseemo account.
  • The referee's first order must be a completed, paid order that is not subsequently refunded or charged back.
  • Rewards are granted only after the qualifying order is confirmed.

Prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited and will result in rewards being blocked or reversed, and may result in account termination:

  • Self-referral — referring yourself, including through additional accounts you control.
  • Creating fake or duplicate accounts to generate referrals.
  • Referring accounts that share your payment method, device, or network in a manner indicating they are not genuinely separate customers.
  • Publishing referral links as if they were public discount codes on coupon sites or similar.
  • Any scheme designed to extract rewards without genuine new-customer activity.

We operate automated fraud detection on all referrals. Referrals flagged as fraudulent are blocked and grant no reward. We may also apply annual limits on the number of rewarded referrals per account.

Reversal on chargeback or refund

If a referee's qualifying order is later refunded or reversed by chargeback, the associated referral is voided: the referrer's reward and the referee's discount credits are reversed. If those credits have already been spent, the affected credit balance may become negative until repaid.

5. Roam Roulette and other promotions

From time to time we may offer additional promotional features or games, such as "Roam Roulette," that grant credits or discounts. Where offered, these are subject to their own displayed rules and to these terms. Any rewards granted are credits as described in Section 2 and carry no cash value.

6. Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any reward program, in whole or in part, at any time. Where a program is discontinued, credits already validly issued and unexpired will remain usable through their original expiry date. We may change earn rates, reward amounts, tier structures, and eligibility rules prospectively.

7. Fraud, abuse, and forfeiture

We reserve the right to withhold, reduce, reverse, or cancel credits and rewards, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where we reasonably believe fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms or our Terms of Service has occurred. On account termination for cause, all credits and pending rewards are forfeited.
