1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Eseemo, a travel eSIM marketplace operated by Slash Solutions L.L.C ("we", "us", "Eseemo"), a company registered in the Republic of Kosovo with registered office at Rruga Hyzri Talla, pn., 10000 Pristina, Kosovo.

By visiting eseemo.com, creating an account, or purchasing an eSIM, you ("you", "Customer") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Eseemo.

2. The Eseemo service

Eseemo is a marketplace that lets travelers purchase mobile data plans delivered as eSIM (embedded SIM) profiles. We aggregate plans from multiple wholesale providers and present curated options across three tiers: Best Match, Most Data, and Full Power.

When you purchase a plan, we provision an eSIM through one of our wholesale providers based on price, quality, and availability. The specific provider used is determined by our routing system and is not disclosed to customers, as Eseemo operates as a marketplace under our own brand.

Eseemo provides browsing and purchase of eSIM data plans for 200+ destinations, instant electronic delivery, top-ups for eligible plans, a customer account with order history, optional loyalty and referral rewards, and customer support.

Eseemo does NOT provide voice calling or SMS services (data only), physical SIM cards or hardware, or mobile network connectivity directly (this is provided by underlying carriers).

3. Who can use Eseemo

To use Eseemo, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have legal capacity to enter a binding contract, provide accurate information, use an eSIM-compatible phone, and not be located in a country subject to comprehensive economic sanctions by the EU, UN, US, or UK.

Eseemo is intended for personal travel use. Bulk purchases for resale are not permitted without a separate written agreement.

4. Your account

Purchasing from Eseemo requires creating an account. Your account lets you access your eSIMs, view order history, manage top-ups, and participate in loyalty and referral programs.

When you create an account:

  • You must provide an accurate email address and create a secure password.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us promptly at support@eseemo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent limits, abuse promotions, or commit fraud.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@eseemo.com. On account closure, unused credits and pending rewards are forfeited (see Section 11). We retain order records as required by law (see our Privacy Policy).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, show signs of fraud, or abuse our reward programs.

5. Purchasing an eSIM

When you purchase an eSIM, you enter into a contract directly with Slash Solutions L.L.C for digital data services. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes and after any credits applied.

Payment is processed by our payment partner, Paysera. Card details are handled by Paysera and are not stored by Eseemo. The contract is concluded when we send your order confirmation containing the eSIM QR code.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

6. Top-ups

For eligible eSIMs, you may purchase a top-up to add data or extend validity. Top-ups are available from your account dashboard.

  • Top-ups are only available for plans and providers that support them; not all eSIMs are eligible.
  • A top-up applies to a specific existing eSIM in your account.
  • Top-up pricing is shown before purchase and follows the same pricing approach as new plans.
  • Top-ups are subject to the same refund rules as regular purchases (see Section 12).

7. Delivery and activation

Eseemo delivers eSIMs electronically. There is no physical shipment. Upon successful payment, your eSIM is delivered by email and on your account dashboard, typically within 60 seconds (up to 30 minutes in rare cases).

If you do not receive your eSIM within 30 minutes, check your spam folder, view it in your account dashboard, or contact support@eseemo.com. Full delivery terms are in our Delivery Policy.

8. Acceptable use

By using Eseemo eSIMs, you agree not to: use the service for illegal activity; resell or redistribute eSIMs without authorization; use eSIMs in a way that violates the laws of the destination country; circumvent our pricing, fraud controls, or reward-program safeguards; create multiple accounts to abuse promotions; or use eSIMs for activities prohibited by underlying network providers (spam, fraud, network abuse).

Violations may result in immediate termination of the eSIM, account suspension, denial of refund, forfeiture of credits and rewards, and reporting to law enforcement where applicable.

9. Fair use of unlimited plans

"Unlimited" plans are subject to a Fair Use Policy. While generous, they are not literally without limit. Speed may be reduced ("throttled") after a destination-specific high-speed data threshold (typically 5–20 GB per day depending on destination and provider). Throttled speeds support messaging and basic browsing but may not support streaming. Thresholds are set by our wholesale providers and may change without notice. Tethering may be restricted on some plans.

Unlimited means "no hard data cap that disables the eSIM" — not "unlimited maximum speed for the entire duration." This is industry-standard practice.

10. Prices and payments

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR), inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is locked once your order is confirmed.

Payment is processed by Paysera. Currency conversion fees or foreign transaction fees imposed by your bank are your responsibility.

11. Credits, loyalty, and referrals

Eseemo operates optional reward programs. Full details are in our Credits, Loyalty & Referrals Terms. Key points:

  • Credits are a promotional balance that can be applied toward future purchases. Credits have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and expire 180 days after issue.
  • Loyalty rewards may grant credits based on your purchase activity. Loyalty tiers and earn rates are described in the Rewards Terms and may change.
  • Referrals allow you to earn credits when someone you refer makes their first qualifying purchase. Self-referral and fraudulent referrals are prohibited and will be blocked.
  • Credits, loyalty status, and referral rewards may be reduced, withheld, or reversed in cases of refund, chargeback, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
  • We may modify, suspend, or end any reward program at any time. Credits already validly issued and unexpired will be honored through their expiry.

Reward programs are a discretionary benefit, not a contractual entitlement. Abuse of reward programs results in forfeiture of credits and may result in account termination.

12. Cancellation and refunds

Our full refund policy is at /legal/refund. In summary: unused eSIMs are refundable within 30 days; activated eSIMs are generally non-refundable except for confirmed service failure reported within 7 days; refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds and credits: when an order is refunded, any credits you spent on that order are returned to your account, and any credits or rewards you earned from that order may be revoked. When a payment is reversed by chargeback, associated referral rewards and earned credits are reversed; if already spent, your credit balance may become negative until repaid.

13. Liability and warranties

Eseemo provides the service "as is" and "as available." We make reasonable efforts to ensure quality but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, the speed or coverage of underlying networks, compatibility with every device, or continuous availability in any destination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eseemo's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected eSIM or €500, whichever is lower. Eseemo is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, loss of profits or data, damages from use of an incompatible device, or damages from network outages outside our control.

This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Service availability

The service may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, underlying carrier issues, or force majeure events. Eseemo is not liable for unavailability outside our reasonable control.

15. Privacy and data

Our handling of your personal data — including account data, purchase history, loyalty and referral data — is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Eseemo, you consent to processing as described there.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and by notice on the website. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Existing eSIMs remain governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.

17. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. For consumers based in the EU, you also have the protections of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence; nothing in these Terms limits those protections.

Before legal action, please contact support@eseemo.com to attempt informal resolution. If unsuccessful, disputes are subject to the courts of Pristina, Kosovo, except where EU consumer law grants you the right to proceed in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
