How your eSIM plan is delivered

eseemo delivers all eSIM plans digitally. There is no physical product and no shipping.

Delivery method: Your eSIM plan arrives as a QR code, delivered to your email address within 60 seconds of a successful payment.

What you receive:

• A QR code image attached to your order confirmation email
• An activation code and server address you can enter manually if QR scanning is not available
• A link to your order page at eseemo.com where the QR code remains accessible at any time

When delivery happens

Delivery is automatic and immediate after payment confirmation. You do not need to take any action to trigger delivery.

If your QR code has not arrived within 5 minutes of payment, please check your spam folder before contacting support.

Re-delivery

You can access your QR code and activation details at any time by visiting your order page. Use the Find My eSIM feature on eseemo.com to retrieve your order using your email address.
