First, take a breath: your eSIM isn't gone. The QR code in your delivery email is just one way to reach it — the plan itself is tied to your purchase, not to a message in your inbox or to the phone in your hand. Whether the email vanished or the phone did, getting back in takes about a minute.
Deleted the delivery email?
Start with a quick search. In your inbox — spam folder included — look for "eseemo" or "eSIM". Delivery emails have a habit of hiding under promotions tabs and overzealous filters, and more often than not, the QR code has been sitting there the whole time.
If it's truly gone, that's fine too. Nothing about your plan lived in that email; it was only the courier. Deleting it deleted a copy of the key, not the door — and you can get a fresh key whenever you like.
Switched or reset your phone?
An eSIM lives on the phone where it was installed, so a new or freshly reset phone won't carry it over on its own. The good news: your plan is still yours. Recover your QR code, scan it on the new phone, and install again — the same short setup you did the first time. If you're mid-trip, do it on hotel or café Wi-Fi and you're back online before your coffee cools.
Get it back in a minute
Head to find your eSIM and enter the email address you used at purchase. That's the whole recovery: your access comes back to you in about a minute, QR code included. From there, follow the installation guide step by step, and you're exactly where you were before anything went missing.
Still stuck — maybe you're not sure which email you used? Write to us and we'll dig it out together. But nine times out of ten, that one minute is all it takes.
